Italian Sausage, Pepper and Onion Pasta
I love a quick dinner that is still full of flavor. This is one of those recipes. Just 5 ingredients comes together in 20 minutes! Perfect for a week night or anytime you want something delicious without a lot of effort.

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Hot Italian Sausage
1 lb Pasta
2 Small Bell Peppers
1 Small Sweet Onion (or 1/2 Large)
24 oz Marinara Sauce
Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
While water comes to a boil slice bell peppers and onion to approximately the same size of your pasta noodles.
In a separate pan cook Italian sausage over medium high heat.
Add peppers and onions to the pan with the Italian sausage and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add marinara sauce to the sausage, pepper and onion mixture and simmer over medium/low heat.
Cook pasta until a dente.
Drain pasta and toss with sausage, pepper and onion sauce.
Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
